Bristol’s first zero waste shop – Est. 2018


Zero Green - All our products are Vegan!

Zero Green are Bristol’s zero waste shop where all the products are 100% vegan, all natural, plastic free, from local producers etc.

A purpose led approach

Zero Green had a Square Space website but they needed to integrate the shop with their POS till system. They also needed something like a loyalty scheme solution that worked on the website and in store. Following the workshop we came up with a creative strategy for their marketing, “Save waste, Sustain generations”.

Finding the right fit

Then we built a shop inside of WordPress in the same brand style as the website. The rest of the marketing remained in Square Space but for the customer, it meant a seamless transition into the WordPress shop, allowing the POS integration and the loyalty scheme to function. All of this was delivered with tried and trusted technology in WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, Stripe and Loyalzoo.

An innovative approach

In order to ensure that the platform would integrate with POS we offered continual support throughout the process of setting the features up, working with every provider to ensure that it all worked together, according to the brief.

The result

Zero Green are now much more efficient as their POS till system works in tandem with the online shop. In addition, the changes we made to the site were very subtle and the increase in functionality took place behind the scenes as it were. The customers would have known the benefits without having to get used to any changes to the online ‘shopfront’.
