UX/UI Designer
Caitlin is a legendary UI/UX specialist. We are really pleased to have found her! Outside of work she is most likely to be found parked up in her camper van by the beach. Unlike the rest of the Cre8ion crew, Caitlin doesn’t have a favourite saying (she prefers doing!)
Jacob is a talented and passionate art director with digital skills and an ultra methodical approach to his work. Outside of work he is most likely to be found meeting with friends, listening to music, watching films, or playing video games. Graphic Designer
Nana is a skilled graphic designer who works closely with George and the rest of the team, bringing ideas to life. Outside of work he is most likely to be found driving or wrestling two tiny human beings, although he does like to keep the two activities separate. (Nana has twin baby boys). Nana’s favourite saying is, “The early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.”
Nathan is married to Dee and works with us as business support manager. Having got a degree in fine art Nathan then diversified in the area of digital art and videography. Outside of work Nathan is most likely to be found working in his home studio, composing soundtracks. His favourite saying is the whole of Churchill’s “Fight them on the beaches” wartime address to the nation.
Mix Support Coordinator
Dee is a digital web specialist with an aptitude for teaching and training who oversees our support packages. Dee’s patience and gentle manner gives clients confidence. Outside of work she is most likely to be found doing endless amounts of laundry and driving her kids to their various clubs!! She loves spending time with her three girls and, in good weather, family time at the beach is a must where they love skim boarding or attempting to surf! Dee’s favourite saying is, ‘Giving up is the only sure way to fail’ – Gena Showalter
Head of Production
Ryan is a gifted photographer and videographer who, in the short time he has been with us, has already made significant waves in the video department. He has an aptitude for finding great kit. Outside of work he is most likely to be found eating lots of food, playing games and taking photos whilst wandering around beautiful countryside, although not necessarily all at the same time. Ryan’s favourite saying is “Life is like a camera. Just focus on what’s important, capture the good times, develop from the negatives, and if things don’t work out, just take another shot.”.
Head of Digital
Jon is now our head of all things digital and tech. Outside of work Jon is most likely to be found witnessing his team Sheffield United slide down the table, hitting up the gym or watching Alan Partridge on repeat. His favourite saying is, “They keep saying that sea levels are rising an’ all this. It’s nowt to do with the icebergs melting, it’s because there’s too many fish in it. Get rid of some of the fish and the water will drop. Simple. Basic science.” – Karl Pilkington
Chief Operating Officer
Mike, our COO, is exceptionally talented and an expert in all things tech and brand. He is also super friendly and usually smiling. Outside of work Mike is most likely to be found tinkering/playing with some kind of tech or watching Star Trek. His favourite saying is “Some days you get the bear and some days the bear gets you”.
Head of editorial
Clare is our head of content and she’s married to Darrell. Clare enjoys grammar and correct spellings, someone has to, after all! Outside of work Clare is most likely to be found spinning plates (metaphorically speaking). Her favourite saying is, “Hey Siri, set a one hour timer!”
CEO
Founder, entrepreneur and author, as well as resident expert in all things brand and purposeful storytelling, is Darrell. Having started out as an award winning art director he is now a consummate business man, thought leader and director of three companies.
Outside of work Darrell is most likely to be found shouting at the TV when his beloved Liverpool are playing and his favourite saying is, “If you need an answer then pick the phone up!”
Creative Director
George is our creative director and top notch design dude. George takes a lively interest in just about everything, which reflects in his creative work. Outside of work George is most likely to be found at the organ bench or on the guitar or, failing that, he’s reading. His favourite saying is “All of humanity’s problems stem from man’s inability to sit quietly in a room alone” – Blaise Pascal.
