A new year is upon us and that either fills us with hope or trepidation. As the sound of Happy New Year greetings fades, (reliably informed 10th January is a good cut-off) we are in it, 2025 is alive and kicking.
This year I am committed to helping those who want to be helped, see our value and be excited about the future. For those that don’t, it’s adios.
My first decision as I reflected on 2024 was to invest even more in “purpose” and “impact-led” people and let those who know best concentrate on their path.
It’s a choice that many of us have to face: either persist in proving your worth to those who can’t see it or opt to work with those who know your worth. Make the right choice and you can make a real impact.
Making bold choices isn’t easy or simple but ultimately time is our most precious gift and investing it in the right people creates success. 2025 is our year of being brave and thankfully our lineup of clients, contacts and collaborations are stronger than they ever have been.
We have spent time over the last few years optimising and perfecting new products and processes and we have invested heavily to do so. We have built a new company in Di9ital and thrown a lot of weight behind HUM4NS. Now, we are ready for the return.
Our end game is to build twelve companies and we are already seeing the relationship between the first few tightening and producing exactly what we set out to do! Yes, it’s been hard, but nothing worth doing comes easily. The last few years have seen setbacks, setups, changes and challenges but also elevation, revelation and an increased reputation.
Tech projects have accumulated with Di9ital’s international standing growing from both the East and West Coast.
Cre8ion has provided Di9ital a branding platform to create Carbon Footprint Calculators, Environmental Event Impact Platforms, Golfing Community Apps, Sporting Performance Trackers and Educational Apps, which have taken us from national to international.
Our 3D capabilities have grown rapidly with complex projects now firmly under our belt. This has given us a platform to scale and embrace the fresh opportunities in the Metaverse and beyond.
After a brief (well-earned) rest from podcasting, The Purpose People Podcast is back and growing in reputation, guests and demand! Our reels are bringing in a fresh new audience and the figures are scaling significantly.
Branding remains at the heart of what we do with some of our long-standing clients rebranding again and new international brands breaking barriers.
Giving back continues to be something that we focus on. Whether it’s investing in people looking for an opportunity in the Creative Sector or inspiring entrepreneurs at conferences. We have created a faith-based community within our church of entrepreneurs daring to believe for more.
Networking and connecting have opened unexpected doors through unexpected conversations. We have been working with some wonderful people in Hungary and the US, and my friendship base grew with a trip to Colorado in the fall which recharged and refocused me for 2025.
Long-standing relationships cultivated during COVID-19 also deepened with online conferences becoming face-to-face events that brought us from “Clubhouse” to upmarket hotels in the middle of London. I even got to meet MC Hammer’s wife at one event! It’s been both humbling and enlightening to spend time with elite-level entrepreneurs.
So aside from all that, what does bold look like?
Growing the team:
Growth is our goal this year and we are getting ready to expand and invest in the team to meet the demand for our services as it appears.
Team Training:
Key growth requires deeper skills and tech. We are looking to integrate more with the HUM4NS model as we begin to use some of the tools internally with the team.
Tech Tools:
Our existing tech always needs upgrading as we continue to move into the Metaverse and tech space and our focus will be on upgrading for the fresh demands in this space.
International Travel:
Hungary and the USA are just two of the countries in which we will be building our presence and building an international team along the way.
Bigger Stages:
It amazes me that I have already completed three speaking gigs since 2025. And not only have speaking opportunities increased but I am pinching myself as this year I will be sharing a stage with MC Hammer! Don’t worry though, it’s a speaking opportunity, I won’t be singing!!
As a team, we are excited for this year but the thing I’m looking forward to most is meeting more people and building deeper relationships with existing clients and collaborators.
