Parson Street Primary School was on a mission to reshape its future, with a bold vision: to create a “can-do” culture that would give every child an opportunity to thrive. To make this vision a reality, they needed a complete overhaul of their brand and website—something that would reflect their growth, inspire trust, and show parents how the skills their children would learn would impact their entire lives.
From Vision to Action: Building the Foundation for Lifelong Success
A new website, brand, and logo were crucial to helping the school showcase its renewed purpose and establish credibility with the community. We started by designing a vibrant logo featuring a winding road, symbolising the school’s journey toward empowering its students. This ethos was woven throughout their new brand identity, from the colour scheme to the uniform—giving a fresh, cohesive look and feel that resonated with both parents and students.
The rebrand wasn’t just about a new look—it was about a complete shift in how the school communicated its values and vision. We collaborated with the senior leadership team (SLT) to develop a clear, strategic message that would resonate across multiple platforms. This included workshopping a succinct set of Mission, Vision, and Values, which we then embedded into a creative narrative that highlighted the school’s credibility, vision, and the positive impact they were making on their students.
The website was designed to showcase Parson Street’s journey, making it easy for parents—both new and existing—to understand what the school could offer. From bold headlines and uplifting content to relevant imagery that brought the school’s story to life, the site was built to engage. We also addressed the existing website’s usability, ensuring smooth navigation for visitors to quickly find information. One of the key features of the new website was the integration of a booking calendar for school tours, making it easier for parents to schedule visits. Additionally, we provided SEO-optimised content that ensured Parson Street would rank higher in Google searches, helping them reach more local families looking for quality education options.
To further enhance the school’s connection with parents, we produced a series of Q&A-style video testimonials. These captured candid conversations with parents and teachers, highlighting their real experiences at Parson Street. Shot with the camera angled to create an authentic, conversational feel, these videos added a personal touch that resonated with viewers, helping to build trust and credibility.
