Birthing a new generation of stronger families
Darrell and Iona from New life classes had met on the NatWest accelerator hub. New Life Classes deliver a range of evidence-based antenatal classes to support pregnancy, birth and the parenting journey, including baby first aid.
New Life were just starting out as a business and needed help with their branding and a website. Everything would need to showcase their understanding, non judgmental, informed approach. New Life view everyone’s experience of pregnancy, birth and parenting as different, because it is. Their midwives give practical, evidence-based information to help people make informed choices and support them in those choices – without judgment. We needed to communicate their understanding, supportive way.
Following a workshop, we designed a brand for New Life classes with the tagline ‘Loving Life’. We worked to establish Mission, Vision and Values, all core to the business going forward. We designed and built a bespoke website in WordPress ensuring they the website conveyed the brand story. Since the launch of this brochure website and, due to the scalability of the platform in which we build (WordPress), New Life Classes have gone on to add functionality into the website. In fact, ELearning and the ability to take payments were installed by New Life themselves, a testament to the scalability and flexibility of our builds.
The branding and website had to work with New Life’s whole offering ie. allay the fears of soon to be parents who might be feeling a bit stupid about asking for help. The brand and website we designed made it easy for Iona and the team to make all the information available to soon to be parents to take fear out of the equation. The website now features a free, digital antenatal course to add value to parents looking for more information.
The brand and website are friendly, easy to use and accessible, a true reflection of New Life.
Customers not only report that all the information in the classes was top notch but that lifelong friendships were forged as a result of the positive atmosphere the classes created.
