Fortice are a force for good in tech recruitment and they are trusted to deliver the best people for very particular and demanding roles across high-profile industry appointments, helping to make the UK a safer place.
Along with a great ethos and impact-centred approach, Fortice have a keen eye for finding the best people and placing them with more than just commission in mind. All of this needed to be reflected in their website and brand which, whilst functional, was dragging behind the progress Fortice was making.
The previous Fortice website was limited in the way it communicated the vision and values of the company and, most importantly, the roles on offer to candidates. Our goal was to communicate the ethos of Fortice and their ‘people first’ approach in a high-quality finish as well as making their jobs portal up-to-date and effective. Visual prowess and pragmatism were key to this project.
After a full workshop and creative strategy exercise, we moved into an in-depth branding phase that made sure the assurance of excellence given by Fortice was matched by the way they communicated and presented themselves. This method was also applied to the web-design which was fully prototyped and extensively refined before being built out.
Having completed a full brand exercise and website build, we then had a fresh online presence that represented all the best things about Fortice and their mission to supply good people with better opportunities to deliver greater things.

After completing the brand and booking website prototype, we passed the designs over to our partner company Di9ital to build. The result is a brand and website that is intuitive and accessible for all users and inspires children across the UK through sport and creative activities.
